Minsk Forum 2026: Save the Date!

This is to inform you that the XXIII Minsk Forum 2026 will take place from September to December 2026. The forum this year combines a series of events in Warsaw (22-23 September) and Brussels (26-27 October) with the final conference and event in Berlin (10-11 December).

Since 1997 the Minsk Forum Format gives representatives of science, culture, politics, economics and civil society from Belarus, Germany and other neighboring European countries the space to discuss topics related to Belarus.

This Forum is organised by the German-Belarusian Society (dbg e. V.). This year it is supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany, the German Marshall Fund of the US (GMF) and the Foundation for German-Polish Cooperation.

The first event of the Forum will take place in Warsaw on 22-23 September 2026. Topics to be discussed will include: 

• – Legal documents of Belarusian diaspora and their status in host countries
• – Lublin Triangle and implications for a Democratic Belarus
• – Belarusian Democratic Forces and their structures in exile: criticism and paths forward, the role of European supporters

More information about the venue, the formats and the application process will follow in the next few weeks. Places for participation will be limited according to the venue.

З верасня па снежань 2026 года адбудзецца XXIII Мінскі форум.

Сёлета форум будзе ўключаць мерапрыемствы ў Варшаве (22–23 верасня) і Брусэлі (26–27 кастрычніка), а таксама заключную канферэнцыю і іншыя мерапрыемствы ў Берліне (10–11 снежня).

З 1997 года Мінскі форум дае прадстаўнікам навукі, культуры, палітыкі, эканомікі і грамадзянскай супольнасці з Беларусі, Нямеччыны і іншых суседніх еўрапейскіх краінаў прастору для абмену думкамі і абмеркавання пытанняў, звязаных з Беларуссю.

Форум арганізуе Нямецка-беларускае таварыства (dbg e. V.). Сёлета яго падтрымліваюць Федэральнае міністэрства замежных справаў Нямеччыны, German Marshall Fund of the United States (GMF) і Фонд нямецка-польскага супрацоўніцтва.

Першае мерапрыемства сёлетняга форуму адбудзецца 22–23 верасня 2026 года ў Варшаве. Сярод тэмаў для абмеркавання:

– Прававыя дакументы беларускай дыяспары і іх статус у краінах пражывання;

– “Люблінскі трохкутнік” і яго значэнне для дэмакратычнай Беларусі;

– Беларускія дэмакратычныя сілы і іхныя структуры ў выгнанні — крытыка і шляхі наперад, а таксама роля еўрапейскіх хаўруснікаў і дзяржаваў.

Дадатковая інфармацыя пра месца правядзення, фарматы і працэдуру падачы заявак будзе апублікаваная ў бліжэйшыя тыдні. Колькасць удзельнікаў будзе абмежаваная ў адпаведнасці з магчымасцямі пляцовак.
